 CONTRACT
                        NEGOTIATIONS:
 Advising Employers of their rights, preparing negotiating strategies, representing the client at the bargaining
                        table, drafting the collective bargaining agreement.
 
 GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION:
 Investigating grievance claims, meeting
                        with Union representatives to settle disputes, representing the client in grievance hearings and arbitration.
 
 CONTRACT
                        INTERPRETATION:
 Assist Employers in understanding their union agreements, review and resolve jurisdictional disputes, provide
                        counsel on all jobsite labor problems.
 
 STRIKES and PICKETING:
 Resolve picketing at jobsites or company offices,
                        establish two-gate systems, establish preventative strategies, file NLRB charges.
